Someone Put Their Helmet Into My Shin Two Days Ago

Someone put their helmet into my shin two days ago & when i got home i pulled my pants leg down only to find that there was a knot there about the size of a nickel and swelling in the general shin area and my leg has doubled in its normal size. But i can walk very easily so how do i get this to go down & Get back healthy ?
