Someone Stepped On My Foot That Is Still Swollen From

Someone stepped on my foot that is still swollen from bunionectomy 8 weeks ago. I thought nothing of it at the moment but then it swelled up and got bluish. I iced and compressed.
I'm sure it just needs more of ice and elevation and compression. Yes?
