Someone Stepped On My Pinky Toe Very Hard About A

Someone stepped on my pinky toe very hard about a month ago. Now I'm experiencing numbness to the side of my foot and leg. It the numbness has effected my ability to walk with my right leg. could there be some nerve damage present from the pinky toe injury. It's still in pain.
