Someone That I Know Has A 12 Year Old, And

Someone that I know has a 12 year old, and when he smiles, his face twitches until he stops smiling. He has also been complaining about random muscles that twitch for one second and go away. It happens about every day. He has also been complaining about it for a little under a year.
