Something Wierd Happened Earlier Today. I Was Laying There, Barely

Something wierd happened earlier today. I was laying there, barely able to think, then i was moaning because i felt happy, then i had tears down my face the next minute, then moaning, i didnt feel scared or anything like that. No convulsions either. Was it a seizure? I was diagnosed with seizures in Feb of this year.
