Sometime Is Get Sensitive Patches On My Skin. I Can

Sometime is get sensitive patches on my skin. I can feel the sensitivity without touch but it intensifies when I touch it. Yesterday I had it on my left hand and today I have it on my right forearm but I have had them on my legs, feet ,and face as well. There are no other symptoms like redness, itching, rash or swelling along with it. The sensitive patches come and go. There can be several months to days between these sensitive episodes.
