Sometimes I get a very painful sensation in my esophagus.. It is sharp, and feels like I have something stuck in there. It can happen hours after eating and never happens right after eating. It can radiate up to my throat, but so far not to my jaw or arm. Should I be alarmed, get a cardiac workup
