Sometimes I Have These Sharp Stabbing Pains All Over My

Sometimes I have these sharp stabbing pains all over my body, mostly chest, occipital lobe of my brain and an alarmingly slowing heart rate all at the same time. I often have brain fog and breathing issues with my heart wanting to jump out of my chest.
The only known diagnosis I have is scoliosis. Please what could be happening to me.
