Sometimes At Rest I Have A Thumping Noise In My

Sometimes at rest I have a thumping noise in my head. Don't know if is due to my sinus problems or because of my ears. I lost the hearing
on my left ear suddenly about 10 years ago. Mir test showed a nerve severed. I wear a hearing aid on my right ear and am afraid of having more hearing loss.
