Sometimes My Soft Pallet Gets Really Painful And When I
Sometimes my soft pallet gets really painful and when I run my tongue across it I feel tiny lumps. It only ever happens sometime like once a month but when it does its always when I eat in the morning. The pain which is pretty bad lasts for about 5 mins then it's fine until next time. Can you help please?
