Sometimes Out Of Nowhere A Finger On My Right Hand

Sometimes out of nowhere a finger on my right hand will turn grey, get cold and feel numb. It is not always the same finger. In about 5 minutes it warms back up goes back to normal color and feels fine. It doesn't happen all the time but every few weeks or so.
