Sometimes Sometimes During The Middle Of The Day I Get

Sometimes sometimes during the middle of the day I get the slight taste of amonia in my mouth. Generally I will not have eaten anything for one reason or the other? I am 69 and an insulin dependent type one diabetic since 1993. My sugars are controlled. My last A1C was 6.3. I have had one lab result of elevated Kidney function due to over use of NASAIDs. It quickly returned to normal after I cut back.
