Sometimes When I Am Talking In A Social Situation Or

Sometimes when I am talking in a social situation or presenting information to my boss I get a tingling / numbness feeling all over my scalp. It lasts for several minutes and sometimes causes the hair on the back of my neck stand up and my left eye to twitch. I have had this problem for years but here lately these episodes are happening more often. I am a forty something male.
