Sometimes When I Move My Bowels It Takes 3 Or

Sometimes when I move my bowels it takes 3 or 4 times to finish and the last movement has some blood on the wipes and small hairy filaments on the stool. This happens about once a month and has been happening for a couple years. My colonoscopy was negative for cancer and they removed 1 pollup. The frequency of this event has increased to about once a month now and used to be only once every 3 or 4 months. I am 62
