Sometimes When I Talk There's A Bubbly Saliva In My

Sometimes when I talk there's a bubbly saliva in my mouth that I notice. It's just like bubbles in my mouth that builds up from my saliva. I have to stop and swallow when I talk. This happens usually when I'm talking a lot and it's getting annoying. Any way to stop it? Thanks.
