Sometimes When I’m Lying In Bed, Trying To Fall Asleep,

Sometimes when I’m lying in bed, trying to fall asleep, I’ll feel strange vibrations in my body, mostly in my head. It’s happened many times, so I’m completely aware of my surroundings when it’s happening. I cant move, but I can see (my eyes are open most of the time) I usually just focus on trying to get my body moving again. I usuallly snap back into attention when I “wake up” I still can’t figure out what this is, I’ve been told “lucid dreaming” or other weird diseases, or low blood pressure, but I still don’t know what it is.
