Son Almost 5 Years Old, Had 101 And 102 Fever

Son almost 5 years old, had 101 and 102 fever until this morning (for past 2 days), light appetite, not as active as usual. Normally runs high 97's. Now his temperature is 95.01 and he's sweating a lot. He also said he had stomach ache last few days but always says that. His urine is clear and I felt his quadrants and all appears soft. What say you?
