Sores On The Feet.Treatment?

I have a friend who gets sores on her feet, and her family says it's from running through pig feces and urine about 5 years ago. It almost goes away and then keeps coming back. We live in Guyana, and the doctors here have only told her that it's from pigs. Would you have an idea what it may be?
