Sorry I'm New To This But This Is Really Bothering

Sorry I'm new to this but this is really bothering me.
I am 19 y/o if that makes a difference, but, Last Thursday I had unprotected sex with a femal, for at the most 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds I put a Trojan condom on and we continued to have sex for about 10 more minutes. After sex I felt fine. But the next day I noticed a small pain in one of my testicals. The pain feels almost like a sharp pain and sometimes as a cramping feeling. It does not hurt when I urinate and I have no discharge and the pain seems to be present when I'm laying down or when I actually think about it. It is not actually painful, it is more of a wierd sensation that bothers me. Sometimes I also feel right underneath my waistline it feels kind of like full. It feels as if I have to s*** or something. On both the right and left side of below the waistline, I think it may be the bladder? Or abdonomen. It has now been a week since we have had intercourse and I still feel this wierd sensation from time to time. I'm going to get checked before this weekend. Does this sound like any Std? Also would I realize this fast? Plz help
