Sorry But This Is A Poop Question. When I Eat

Sorry but this is a poop question. When I eat greasy food about an hour later I get a gas / crampy pain and have to go to bathroom. There is a greasy, oily film in the toilet with diarrea . I had my appendix out as a child but not my gallbladder. I am a female and 48 years old in good health.
