Sorry For Slow Connection. 65 Year Old Male, 6 Ft,

Sorry for slow connection. 65 year old male, 6 ft, 180, good shape but on meds for BP and irregular heart beat (birth defect). Mostly feeling fine but suffer with occasional lower leg and ankle tingling swelling and, today, itchy ankles. Can sometimes trigger bleeding by scratching. Taking a diuretic to help with swelling. I'm assuming this is a by=product of my bit of CHF but is there any thing more I can do or take to eleviate the leg/ankle pricklyness/tinglyness?
