Sorry To Interrupt. I'm Almost 66 Years, A Breast Cancer

Sorry to interrupt. I'm almost 66 years, a breast cancer survivor of 2 years and w/in last month I've had dry patchey spots come up on said of my face at my cheek bone and seems to be spreading. It's a little red and slightly puffy. is this anything to worry about? I've never had any skin problems on my face. thank you.
