Sounds Dumb, But...constantly Feels Like There Is A String Between

Sounds dumb, but...constantly feels like there is a string between my toes (first and second)! Not painful, just extremely annoying. I feel like it has to be a nerve thing and was wondering what I could do to make it stop. Has been about a week since this started.
