Sounds Like A Stupid Question, But I'm 10 Days Late

Sounds like a stupid question, but I'm 10 days late on my period but it's always off for reasons I don't know. On last Thursday I had all 4 wisdom teeth out and I was wondering if the medication had anything to do with it and no I've never had sex before so it can't be that I'm pregnant.
