Spasm Right Under Breastbone Going On For About 4 Weeks.
Spasm right under breastbone going on for about 4 weeks. Spasms last for 20-30 mins, sometimes after eating, but also occur when I haven't eaten for 3-4 hours. Hx of GERD and duodenitis was noted on endoscopy without lesion or erosions. Taking pantoprazole 100mg bid for last 3 months.
