Sperms getting out during sleep.!!!
I am 28 years old man and I feel very weak because of it. I don't see any dreams that makes sperms out. I don't know it comes out automatically. In my mind I think I should do xray of my back bone because few years ago when I wanted to sit down my back bone touch with hard thing. From that time till now my sperms coming out 5 days a week or even more sometime. Please give me some suggestions to solve this problem I am tired of it.
