Sporadically, Recently Experienced A Clear Jell Type Fluid Coming From

Sporadically, recently experienced a clear jell type fluid coming from my anal cavity. Also constipated for wks at a time. Never had a colonoscopy. Sometimes I have been having problems urinating and an pushing my stomach in, as opposed to going back and forth to the bathroom all through the day. My gyn no longer on my ins plan and said no pap smears for 3 yrs, anyway. What do I have and who should I go to? My primary MD only funnels me to specialists.
