Started Tri Spentic First Wk Was Fine. By The Beginning

Started Tri Spentic first wk was fine. By the beginning of the thirs week I started spotting slowly increased to light break through bleeding4to 5 days before the placebo. Took the placebo and now I continue to bleed. Has a heavier flow but nothing unmanageable. I'm concerned because my cramps day1 of placebo are unbearable. Day 2 felt fine all day around 930 cramps increased and became very painful again. Is this something to be concerned about should I get off the pill or wait to see where I'm at after the three months. What to expect after the placebo?
