Started Early Am Sunday Morning. My Legs Hurt Pretty Bad.

Started early am sunday morning. My legs hurt pretty bad. Woke up later that day with severe pain in my legs It seemed to help being in a bathtub. But as soon as i got out they hurt very badly again. Took some tylenol pmto knock me out. Woke up with a 101 fever that has fluctuated up and down. My legs won't stop hurting and I also have spent a lot of time in the bathroom with watery diarrhea. Still running a tem and still exhauated. I am a 30 yr old f if that mAkes a difference.
