Started Having Difficulty Walking. I Have Diabetes And A Valve

Started having difficulty walking. I have diabetes and a valve that closes slower than it should. Saw my heart doctor the 30th of august and he said the situation hadn't changed. Have an appointment with my primary care Dr. tomorrow so maybe he can advise me. I don't take any medicine for my diabetes, the last
a1c test was 8. I am allergic to Metformin.
