Started Having Sharp Electric Type Of Pain Just Below My

Started having sharp electric type of pain just below my knee cap. It also runs down the side of my leg and just above my ankle. Only will get this sharp pain when bending my knee a certain way or going down stairs in particular. So in other words when I bend the knee fully. It is also feeling a little swollen and numb?
