Started My Period Oct 25, Ended Late Last Week Nov

Started my period Oct 25, ended late last week Nov 3. Had lots of lowerback and tummy pains then. It finally went away..today woke up went to the bathroom, and wham its back. Yes it is brownish in color..but my tummy and back are killing me today. I am 47 years old. Have a history of Vin3 and stage 1 vulvar cancer.
