Started out with feeling a deep chill inside my body. i had a fever with muscle aches, slept 16-18 hours for 2.5 days and then improved to only have severe pressure in my head (like being squeezed in a vice) that lasted for another 24 hours. Fever broke during the 3rd day. What was that?
