Started period on Sunday. Was very heavy bleeding and very painful cramps and back pain. Tuesday morning around 2 am woke up from terrible pain. Laid in bed until 4 am. Got up at 4 am and went to the bathroom and passed 2 large tissue clot things both over 1.5 inches long. Is this decision cast or possible MC? Just got back on BC mononessa/sprintec within the last month. Finished my active pills and started period. Wondering if a trip to dr is necessary or just wait and let it play out? Pain is gone for the most part. Still some cramps and back pain but still on period.
