Started With A Cold Sore On Lip Then Few Days

Started with a cold sore on lip then few days later I had an extremely sore throat that moved into my ear overnight. Now inner ear is feeling weird. Right side of face acting weird, doesn't smile all the way, eye doesn't want to close all the way. Should I make an appetite with my DR?
