Started With Tickle In Throat, But The Throat Is Not

Started with tickle in throat, but the throat is not sore beyond that from coughing (chords mostly). Moderate fever for 5 days 100-101, 102 at high. Nose began to run second day and 3 day with a fury late today it stopped and has yet to restart - though dehydration may have played a part in that - taking lots of water and gatorade over the last few hours. Chest has become increasingly sore but felt only when coughing - not muscular, more upper bronchial. 2nd day of Amox-Clav 875-125 - no apparent effect on fever.
