Starting At The Age Of 12-13 I’ve Had Really Bad

Starting at the age of 12-13 I’ve had really bad muscle pains. They, at the time, mainly ranged in my neck and shoulders. The muscles would lock up and they would feel as hard as a rock. Sometimes I would even get a warm, burning/tingling sensation where my neck and shoulder meet. Now 19, I’ve managed it. But, in recent months, it’s gotten way worse. It’s now not only in my shoulders and neck, but also in my legs. The majority of the issues are now in my calves and and the arches of my feet. I’m in chronic pain, and I haven’t slept through the night in three days. Several times a night, my calves lock up and I wake up in tears. The only way I’ve found to help the pain is to massage the muscle until it eases up. I’ve done a little research, do you think it could be fibromyalgia or maybe Myofascial pain syndrome? I don’t know what to do. No doctor takes me seriously because they say I’m “too young for all these muscle problems”. I can’t keep living like this. Please give me some kind of advice.
