Starting Having Tingling And Numbness In My Left Arm A

Starting having tingling and numbness in my left arm a few days ago ... no pain. Had massages and a chiropractic but didn't help ... now the same thing in my left arm. No injury. I do a lot of use of the mouse and computer so thought it was that, but doesn't explain the left arm.
