Still 22days Ago I Feel A Heartbeat In My Stomach

Still 22days ago i feel a heartbeat in my stomach but today and yesterday it was not is it means that my baby was dead i didn't have any sign of miscarriage and not any pain in my stomach and not much belly and no more feeling that am pregnant this is my 16week of pregnancy i am so scared that my baby is still alive please help me doctor i can't miss my baby i need it is i loss my baby is because hearing heartbeat stop so panic and tensed help me please
