Stomach Issues...last Week An "acidic" Stomach From Stomach To Intestines.

Stomach issues...last week an "acidic" stomach from stomach to intestines. No diarrhea or vomiting or fever but tender and painful. Subsided. Very gassy and bloated. Ate a Greek chicken wrap and the bloating instantly came back. Just a virus or should I be more concerned? Also have a red, bumpy, itchy rash on my chest that has moved from upper chest to between the breasts. Not sure if it's separate or related.
