Stomach Upset With No Vomiting, Stomach Cramping Accompanied By Face

Stomach upset with no vomiting, stomach cramping accompanied by face getting very red, pulsating and hot and then my hands feel very swollen, are bright red and feel really hot. It passes in about 5 or 10 minutes, but is frightening to feel that way.
