Stood Up To At Moderate Speed Within Walking About 5-7

Stood up to at moderate speed within walking about 5-7 steps felt my heart beating pretty hard upon checking my heart rate it was as 96bpm. Feeling light headed, and fuzzy. This has happened before when involved in heavy physical activity. What are some reason my heart would react they way it did.
