I am suffering from too many days that in the morning I go to toilet and the stool comes normal but not emptying the whole after taking breakfast I got a rectum irritation that is like amoebic attack and after taking meal my stomach got full of gas then when at evening I go to toilet it comes some mucus sticky mucus and some hard stool then normal stool with mucus some times I can feel that the meal I have taken on that day it comes at evening I got a very lower back pain at my right back side some times it gone after the stool passes but the feeling of amoebic attack remains till the night. What happens to me my Doctor say to me that it is IBS and he gives me MEBIGEM tablet.
