Strange "popping" Sensation Under Right Breast/rib Cage After Eating, Even

Strange "popping" sensation under right breast/rib cage after eating, even small meals. Also just a sensation of discomfort- I'm always adjusting my right bra cup thinking that's the culprit but it never it. AND, the skin in this area is numb to the touch. Please advise! I've had a Hydascan within the year and the results were normal
