Stupidly I Ingested Propylhexedrine (Benzedrex). I Removed The Cotton Containing

Stupidly I ingested Propylhexedrine (Benzedrex). I removed the cotton containing the propyl, cut it into pieces and put it in a gel cap. I'm completely aware of the risks and although I feel fine, I have no interest on doing this again. MY question and problem is I cant stop urinating. It was stressed to me to stay hydrated, so I've been drinking water all day. If you can help at all I would really appreciate it.
