Sudden On Set Of Rash All Over Accompanied With Some

Sudden on set of rash all over accompanied with some large patches of red dry flaky skin more recently looking like one or two sores! but not open I am an 555 year old Female with Osteo, Epstein Barr Virus, High Blood Pressure but that's about it (thank goodness) have been fleeing very fatigued lately also started on new anti depressant (new for me) Prozac. can you help diagnosis ??
