Sudden Onset Of Red, Blotchy, Itchy Skin Both Lower Legs.

Sudden onset of red, blotchy, itchy skin both lower legs. Little warm to touch. Was doing yard work and was barefoot for some time in grass (no chemicals) was on my feet for 2 hours doing the yard work. Pain and itching kept me awake. Never had this before. 60 year old female, obese, with no other medical issues except OA. Put some neosporin cream on, helped with itching. Advice?
