Sudden Small Distorted Circles Scattered Throughout My Vision In Both

Sudden small distorted circles scattered throughout my vision in both eyes, I could still see but it was enough to affect my focus on words on the computer screen and when looking at objects. Slept for 2 hours and it was gone when I woke and is gone the next day.
