Suddenly, I Have A Large Lymph Node In My Neck

Suddenly, I have a large lymph node in my neck on the left side swollen to the size of a small apple. My ear sounds like it has water inside. Every time I move my head up or down it sounds like there is a water within. Now, the left side of my face is beginning to swell, especially the left eye. I'm thinking I've got an ear infection at the very least. I'm scheduled to leave for a business trip early in the a.m. No prompt-urgent care is open and not using our local ED. It's a joke. I'm just now running a low grade temp. Any suggestions until I return on Thursday from NY? I'm 60 and can put up with the pain. Your thoughts?
