Suddenly I Have A Milky Not Much Tip Of My

Suddenly i have a milky not much tip of my penis. Little and sticky the tip of penis, not urinate often but i feel little uncomfortable at tip ( head of penis)., but no pain. You think i get gonorrhea or chlidymia?

I have zithromax 250 mg on hands (not expired yet) 2 zpaks from the trip (expired 01/2018)but i didnt have any travel diarrhear so i can take it as 1 gram as my knowledge but wIt for you to say which infection i have. Thank you so at least can treat right now and make difference than wait til morning.
